As a UX Designer at PERKESO, I lead the design of user-centric solutions that improve digital experiences for business owners. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including project managers, business stakeholders, and strategic partners—I conduct in-depth research, translate insights into actionable requirements, and shape clear product roadmaps. I have driven end-to-end design leadership for key product updates and strategic initiatives, playing a central role in the successful enhancement of the PERKESO mobile application.
After the launch of the Prihatin app, I took full ownership of its lifecycle—leading the development of new features and driving strategic promotional campaigns. These efforts successfully elevated product visibility, increased user engagement, and ensured continued growth and relevance in the public sector space.
The core objective of the website revamp was to simplify the job application and registration process for jobseekers. By reducing friction points, streamlining user flows, and integrating personalized features, we enhanced usability and significantly improved task completion rates—resulting in a more engaging and efficient user experience
For my first project at PERKESO, I partnered with a team member to revamp and relaunch the official company website. The redesign introduced a modern, user-friendly interface that enhanced both aesthetics and functionality. This initiative not only revitalised the company’s digital presence but also led to a noticeable boost in user engagement and improved overall user experience.
This project centered on developing a mobile application that seamlessly mirrors the robust features of the MYFutureJobs web platform. A key goal was to maintain consistent brand identity while delivering an intuitive, user-friendly experience—ensuring the app felt both familiar and effortless to navigate for existing users.
