Transformation Projects

As part of the Transformation team in PERKESO, I was heavily involved in transformation and change management projects to drive change in the organisation. From internal projects to international event, my team was the drive to promote and facilitate the change for departments in the organisation that benefits the internal staff and also our stakeholders. 

This program was initiated to help employers complete the onboarding session at their own convenience. Initially, employers must join a physical session upon registering as employers under PERKESO. With this initiative, we reduce the cost of organising a physical sessions in local offices in Malaysia and get employers complete the onboarding program at their own time and place.

This campaign was aimed to raise more awareness about the Prihatin mobile app as a national social security app for the public. For this campaign we produced graphics and videos that targets the main user of the app, that is self-employed worker. We also engaged with multiple influencers that has specific followers among the targeted audience.

The core concept of this project is to bridge the functionality between two distinct system, INSPIRE which is a system hospitals use to request implants and rehab programs, and PERKESO's benefit system. The RPA helps to automate the process of checking the eligibility of the insured person and make the necessary application in the benefit system.

The International Social Security Association (ISSA) Technical Seminar 2024 is an international event where social security practitioners and international delegates gather to share ideas and best practices of social security. As part of the scientific team, we are tasked to orchastrate the content of the talks and forum, as well as ensuring all the technical aspect runs smoothly.

International Public Employment Forum (IPEF) 2021 is a post-pandemic event to combat employment issues that occured durin the COVID pandemic. This virtual event aims to share knowledge and practices that helps jobseekers and workers to prepare for the future of employement in Malaysia. As part of the program director team, we were tasked to research the content of the forum and get the best speakers for the event, featuring Douglas Lim, Dato' Sri Idris Jala, Ras Adiba Mohd Radzi and many more.
